Account Settings

The Account section in Settings lets you view your profile and manage your contact information.

Profile Information

These fields are set during account creation and cannot be changed:
  • Username — your Permission Slip identity, used across the platform.
  • Login email — the email address you use to sign in, managed through your authentication provider.

Contact Information

These fields are optional and can be updated at any time:
  • Contact email — used for email notifications about approval requests. This can be different from your login email.
  • Phone number — used for SMS notifications. Must be in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567).
Update either field and click Save Changes to apply.
If you enable email or SMS notifications without setting the corresponding contact info, you’ll see a warning reminding you to add it.

Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA is managed separately from the Account section. To set up or manage MFA, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Security. See Secure Your Account for setup instructions.
